Yes. We offer a 7-day return window from the day you receive your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

4) Which items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrances cannot be returned once opened.
Also non-returnable: worn or used items, missing packaging, and clearance or final sale items.

5) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in the UAE, plus online card payments via a secure WhatsApp payment link after the order is confirmed.

6) How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (based on the contact details provided at checkout).

7) What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
